Psychosociální zdraví manažerů

Abstract

Příspěvek je zaměřen na problematiku faktorů ovlivňující psychosociální zdraví manažerů. Celá problematika je popsaná z komplexního hlediska. V úvodu jsou vymezeny základní pojmy: psychosociální zdraví a role manažera ve firmách. Hlavní oblastí příspěvku je výzkumné šetření, ve kterém je zformulován deskriptivní výzkumný problém: Jakým způsobem na základě subjektivního posouzení vnímají oslovení manažeři podněty, které mají charakter psychosociálních faktorů? Mezi zkoumané faktory sociálního zdraví byly zařazeny: osobní přístup respondentů k pracovním sociálním situacím, povaha přijímaných informací z médií, interpersonální projevy zaměstnanců, konflikty na pracovišti a typy sociálního chování zaměstnanců. Výsledky výzkumu jsou zpracovány do tabulek a okomentovány.The paper focuses on the issue of factors affecting the psychosocial health of managers. The whole issue is described from a complex point of view. The introduction defines the basic concepts: psychosocial health and the role of the manager in companies. The main area of the paper is a research investigation in which a descriptive research problem is formulated: Based on their subjective assessment, how do the respondent managers perceive stimuli that are psychosocial in nature? The social health factors examined included: information from the media, positive mindset, social expressions, interpersonal conflicts, manipulation in interpersonal relationships. The results are tabulated and commented.
