dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá trestním řízení nad mladistvými. Zaměřila jsem se na průběh trestního řízení mladistvých, specifika řízení ve věcech mladistvých a dětí, možnosti alternativních řízení, spolupráce s orgány sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a probační a mediační službou. Jedná se o shrnutí dané právní úpravy. V závěru jsem vyvodila několik nedostatků, které se v úpravě nacházejí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work deals with the criminal trials against juvenile and it is focused on juvenile criminal proceedings against juvenile, specific proceedings relating to the juvenile and children, the options of alternative trials, cooperation with the Organ for Social-Legal Protection of Children and the Probation and Mediation Service. This Thesis summarizes the legislation in criminal trials against juvenile and also shows imperfections which can be found in the current legislation.en
