dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá problematikou založení malého podniku a následnou realizací podnikatelského záměru. V první části jsou popsány jednotlivé právní formy podnikání a definován postup při jejich zakládání včetně nutných administrativních úkonů. V druhé části je stanoven podnikatelský záměr a popsána rizika spojená se začátkem podnikání. Součástí je i charakteristika podnikatelské činnosti a nabízených produktů. Jako vhodná právní forma podnikání je zvolena společnost s ručením omezeným. Následovně byl definován operativní a strategický plán rozvoje společnosti. Za účelem zjištění konkurenčních výhod byla provedena zevrubná analýza konkurence. Analýza zákazníků byla realizována formou dotazníkové akce, jejímž výstupem bylo vyhodnocení aktuální situace na trhu. Ve finančním plánu jsou zpracovány přehledy nákladů na založení podniku a následnou podnikatelskou činnost. Na základě těchto přehledů byl vytvořen odhad hospodářského výsledku společnosti za první tři roky podnikání a celkové zhodnocení realizovaného podnikatelského záměru.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe work deals with the establishing of the small firm and resulting realisation of business intention. There are described the particular legal forms of business and the proces of their basing including the administrative actions in the first section. The second section determinates the business intention and describes the threats of the business begining. My work also contains the characteristic of the business aktivity and the offered products. As the advisable legal form is chosen the limited company. The operative and strategic plan of the business development was defined consequntly. The comperhansive analysis of the competition was performed for finding out the competitive advantages. This analysis was realized by the questionnaires which helped to evaluate the actual market situation. The financial plan shows the summaries of the costs used for establishig the firm and the consequent business aktivity. These summuries allowed me to create the estimate of the firm profit for three years and overall assesment of the implemented businnes plan.en
