Abstract
Na dalším z koncertů Symfonického orchestru hlavního města Prahy FOK, který se konal 4. prosince 2025, představil světoznámý turecký pianista a skladatel Fazil Say svůj nový klavírní koncert Matka Země. Ve druhé části večera zazněla Symfonie č. 9 C dur "Velká" Franze Schuberta. Z důvodu nemoci Ivora Boltona byl narychlo povolán dirigent Murat Cem Orhan, dlouholetý Sayův spolupracovník. S jistotou vedl orchestr v obou skladbách. Koncert se setkal s velkým zájmem početného publika Smetanovy síně Obecního domu v Praze, které ocenilo výkony všech účinkujících dlouho trvajícím potleskem.
At another concert by the Prague Symphony Orchestra (FOK) on December 4, 2025, world-renowned Turkish pianist and composer Fazil Say presented his new piano concerto Mother Earth. The second part of the evening featured Franz Schubert's Symphony No. 9 in C major, "The Great." Due to Ivor Bolton's illness, conductor Murat Cem Orhan, Say's long-time collaborator, was called in at short notice. He confidently led the orchestra in both compositions. The concert was met with great interest by the large audience in the Smetana Hall of the Municipal House in Prague, who rewarded the performances of all the performers with long applause.
