dc.description.abstractTéma mojí bakalářské práce je Spisová služba a archivnictví ve státní správě. V jednotlivých kapitolách práce se budu postupně zabývat pojmem archiv. Popíši soustavu archivů v České republice a přiblížím jejich činnost. Dále je vysvětlen výkon spisové služby a celého životního cyklu dokumentu. Následně budou popsány některé pojmy k této problematice, popsán průběh skartačního řízení až po trvalé uložení archiválií, včetně využití a propagace archivu jako instituce. Součástí práce je rovněž příloha, v které jsou uvedeny některé používané administrativní pomůcky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of my bachelor thesis is Document service and archiving in state administration. In various chapters, I will gradually be dealing with the term archive. I will describe the system of archives in the Czech Republic and I will characterize their activity. Further, there has been explained the performance of document service and the whole life cycle of a document. Subsequently, there will be described some terms to this issue, described the course of shredding process to a permanent storage of archival documents, including usage and publicity of an archive as an institution. A part of the thesis also creates an enclosure, where there are listed some of the tools, that are used in administration.en
