dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řízení zásob. V teoretické části je vysvětleno, co jsou to zásoby, jakou mají v podniku funkci a jaké existují metody a nástroje pro jejich řízení a optimalizaci. Zmíněné jsou i některé logistické technologie, které lze rovněž aplikovat na problematiku řízení zásob (Kanban, JIT a Kaizen). Stručně popsané jsou i informační systémy podporující řízení zásob. V praktické části je představena společnost Intertell spol. s r.o. zabývající se vývojem, výrobou a montáží výrobků z plastů a kovů pro průmysl. Následně je popsán proces řízení zásob ve zmíněné společnosti. Východiskem pro navržení doporučujících opatření jsou vlastní propočty vycházející z uvedené teorie a jejich porovnání se skutečnými údaji společnosti. Doporučení uvedená na konci práce by měla pomoci zlepšit proces řízení zásob.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the management of supplies. The theoretical part explains what supplies are, what their function in the company is and what are the methods and tools for their management and optimization. Mentioned are also some logistics technologies that can also be applied to the issue of the management of supplies (Kanban, JIT and Kaizen). Briefly described are also information systems that support the management of supplies. In the practical part, there is introduced the company Intertell spol. s r.o. engaged in the development, manufacture and assembly of plastic and metal products. Subsequently is described the process of the management of supplies in the chosen company. Measures and recommendations are established on own calculations and the theoretical basis. These dates were compared with the real dates of the company. Recommendations provided at the end of the work should help to improve the management of supplies.en
