| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem práce je představení Celní správy České republiky nejen celek, ale v práci se zaměřuji i na jednotlivá oddělení, které nejsou tak známé veřejnosti. V první části práce je popsána historie Celní správy ve zkratce. Ve střední části se věnuji některým oddělením. Největší část práce se snaží čtenáři představit a přiblížit celní řízení. Představil jsem clo jako nástroj a jeho užitečnost. Celní řízení jsem vysvětlil krok po kroku, aby to bylo srozumitelné a pochopitelné i tomu, kdo v touto problematikou nepřišel nikdy do styku. | cs |

The first part describes the history of the Customs Administration in brief. In the middle part I have devoted to some departments. The greatest part of the thesis is trying to introduce to the reader the Customs Administration. I have introduced this one as a tool and its usefulness. I have explained the customs procedure step by step to make it understandable to anyone who has never came in contact with this issue. | en |
