dc.description.abstractTématem této diplomové práce je rozvod manželství s mezinárodním prvkem. Při zpracovávání tématu jsem zohlednila vývoj vnitrostátní právní úpravy, úpravy evropského unijního práva a úpravu práva na mezinárodní úrovni. Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol, přičemž začíná obecným úvodem. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na mezinárodní právo rodinné a jeho prameny. Tato kapitola má napomoci lepší orientaci ve velkém počtu formálních pramenů práva. Třetí kapitola se zabývá již samotným rozvodem manželství s mezinárodním prvkem. Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na srovnání české a německé právní úpravy. Pátá kapitola pak obsahuje vybranou judikaturu, která se vztahuje k probírané materii. Šestá kapitola je obecný závěr, který shrnuje poznatky dané práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this Master's thesis is divorce with an international element. In the thesis I worked with the development of national legislation, the regulation of European Union law and the regulation of law at the international level. The thesis is divided into six chapters, starting with a general introduction. The second chapter focuses on international family law and its sources. This chapter is intended to help improve orientation in a large number of formal sources of law. The third chapter deals with the divorce itself with an international element. The fourth chapter focuses on the comparison of Czech and German legislation. The fifth chapter then contains selected case law, which relates to the discussed topic. The sixth chapter is a general conclusion that summarizes the whole work.en
