dc.description.abstractTématem této diplomové práce je trestný čin vraždy v českém trestním právu. Z počátku přibližuji historické souvislosti, které měly vliv na utváření trestního práva platného na našem území. Stěžejní kapitolou je vražda z pohledu platného českého práva. V této kapitole provedu intepretaci pojmů jako je vražda prostá, premeditativní a přiblížit okolnosti podmiňující použití vyšší trestní sazby, dále nastínit i jiné trestné činy z kategorie trestných činů proti životu. V předposlední kapitole porovnávám slovenskou a českou právní úpravu trestných činů proti životu. Poslední kapitola má za účel obohatit tuto práci o poznatky z kriminologie a kriminalistiky a nastínit aktuální situaci pomocí statistik Policie ČR.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this thesis is the crime of murder in Czech criminal law. Initially, I describe historical context that influenced the formation of the criminal law applicated at our territory. The main chapter is the murder from the perspective of the applicable Czech law. In this chapter, I interpret terms such as simple, premeditative murder and also explain the aggravating circumstances involving severe penalties as well as I outline other criminal offenses from the category of criminal offences against life. In the penultimate chapter, I compare Slovak and Czech legislation of criminal offenses from the category of criminal offences against life. The last chapter is intended to enrich this thesis with the findings of criminology and criminalistics and outline the current situation by using statistics of Police of the Czech Republic.en
