dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na financování a hospodaření neziskové organizace Rodiče a děti Kadaně, z.s. Vzhledem ke změně české právní úpravy byla tato organizace z původního občanského sdružení transformována do jiné právní formy podnikání. Na tuto skutečnost bere autor v práci ohled. V první části je charakterizován neziskový sektor a jeho umístění v rámci národního hospodářství. Také jsou zde uvedeny hlavní odlišnosti mezi ziskovými a neziskovými organizacemi. Druhá část se zabývá vývojem neziskových organizací na českém území a pokračuje popisem konkrétní formy jedné z těchto organizací - spolku. Představení RADKY z.s. a jejích aktivit je uvedeno v poslední části společně se samotnou analýzou finančních zdrojů, výnosů a nákladů spolku za dané období. Získané poznatky jsou dále hodnoceny a v závěru jsou navržena některá doporučení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe following bachelor thesis is focused on the funding and management of a non profit organization Rodiče a děti Kadaně, z.,s. Due to a change in Czech legislation, originally the civil association was changed into a different kind of legal entity. This fact is incorporated in the thesis. In the first part, there is an explanation of what the non profit sector is and where it is situated in the national economy. Also, the main differences between the profit and the non profit organizations are explained there. The second part describes how the non profit organizations evolved in the territory of the Czech Republic and this is followed by a description of a particular type of one of these organizations. The introduction of RADKA, z.s. and it's activities is found in the last part along with the analysis of the types of funding, revenues and costs. The analysis will lead to the evaluation and interpretation of the results. The possibilities of improvement of the current situation and the future of the organization are discussed in the conclusion.en
