dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na Směrnici Evropského parlamentu a Rady č.2014/95/EU, která ukládá povinnost velkým podnikům zpracovávat a zveřejňovat informace nefinančního charakteru. Směrnice byla transponována do českých právních předpisů v podobě zákona č.462/2016 Sb. a vymezila kritéria podniků, kterých se povinnost vydávat nefinanční reporting týká. Společnosti mají povinnost informovat veřejnost v otázkách nutných k pochopení vývoje, výkonnosti a dopadů spojených s činností podniku alespoň v oblasti životního prostředí, sociálních a zaměstnaneckých otázkách, respektování lidských práv, boje proti korupci a úplatkářství. Informace o směrnici a následné transpozice do českých právních předpisů jsou obsaženy v teoretické části práce. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu obsahu vydávaných zpráv a zhodnocení, zda podniky dodržují předepsané požadavky na nefinanční reporting. Téma nefinančního reportingu je velice aktuální, neboť se stává trendem a podniky si mohou prostřednictvím nefinančních informací vylepšit své postavení na trhu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the European Regulation n.2014/95/EU, which imposes an obligation on large companies to process and publish non-financial information. The European Regulation has been transposed into Czech legislation in the form of Act n.462/2016 Sb. and has defined the criteria for companies that have this obligation. Companies are obliged to inform the public on issues necessary to understand the development, performance and impacts associated with the company's activities. Companies publish this information in the areas of the environment, social and employment issues, respect for human rights, the fight against corruption and bribery. Information about the European Regulation and the subsequent transposition into Czech law is contained in the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the content of the reports issued and the assessment whether companies comply with the prescribed requirments for non-financial reporting. The topic of non-financial reporting is very topical as it is becoming a trend and companies can improve their market position through non-financial information.en
