| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení čtenáře s procesem řízení rizik projektu. V teoretické části je popsána teorie projektového managementu - definice projektu, fáze projektu, logický rámec projektu, cíle projektu. Druhá část teorie se věnuje řízení rizik projektu. Je zde přiblížena problematika identifikace rizik a jejich následné ohodnocení a ošetření. V praktické části je představena firma S com ENERGO s.r.o. a projekt "rozšíření garážových stání v budově D na depu Kačerov". Cílem praktické části je identifikace rizik spojených s popisovým projektem, následné ohodnocení vlivu na projekt a návrh na jejich ošetření. Výstupem je registr rizik. | cs |
