| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce je návrh strategie podniku Penzion a Restaurace U Vítovců. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretický výklad definice podnikatele a malého podniku. Dále jsou vymezeny důležité pojmy marketingu jako strategický management a návrh úspěšné strategie. Byly zde vymezeny postupy sloužící k analýze vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku. V praktické části je nejprve představen podnik Penzion a restaurace U Vítovců, dále jsou na konkrétní podnik aplikovány analýzy okolí. Návrhy strategií vycházejí ze SWOT analýzy, která charakterizuje vnitřní a vnější prostředí podniku. Spolu s provozní podniku byla sestavena kritéria SAFe, která uvádějí vhodnost, přijatelnost a realizovatelnost jednotlivých strategií. V závěru práce je doporučení pro podnik, kterou strategii zavést do praxe a které se vyhnout. Zavedení doplňkových služeb vycházejících z okolních příležitostí, propagace podniku a zavedení nových pokrmů se řadí mezi strategie, které by podnik měl v blízké době realizovat. Naopak by se podnik měl vyhnout strategiím vlastní výroba dortů a zákusků a minimalizaci nákladů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of the report is the suggestion of a company strategy for Penzion a Restaurace U Vítovců. The first part of the report is focused on theoretical explanation of an entrepreneur and small enterprise definition. Next, important marketing expressions are defined such as strategic management and suggestion of successful strategy. The processes for internal and external analysis of the company have been set out. In the practical part, firstly the enterprise Penzion a Restaurace u Vítovců is introduced to which the analyses of environment evaluation are applied. The strategy suggestions are based on the SWOT analysis which describes internal and external environment of the enterprise. Together with operating director the SAFe criteria were established which present suitability, acceptability and realization of specific strategies. Finally, it is recommended which strategy is to be used in practice and which should be avoided. The implementation of additional services based on surrounding opportunities, Promotion of enterprise and Implementation of new menu belong to the strategies which should be implemented in near future. The strategies such as The own production of cakes and The reducing cost strategy should be avoided instead. | en |
