dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční hospodaření města Horní Slavkov v letech 2008 - 2011 a jejím cílem je zhodnocení jeho hospodaření. V teoretické části je popsán veřejný sektor, postavení územních správních celků v něm, obec a její orgány. Závěr první části je věnován rozpočtu, jeho členění, funkcím a procesu tvorby a schvalování. V praktické části práce je představeno město Horní Slavkov, jeho orgány a struktura městského úřadu. V samostatných kapitolách je zpracováno hospodaření města v jednotlivých letech s podrobným rozdělením příjmů a výdajů, porovnání jednotlivých let a hodnocení hospodaření za celé období.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis presented bachelor thesis is focused on financial management of the town Horni Slavkov in the years 2008 - 2011 and its target is to evaluate the management. In the theoretical part there is described the public sector, the position of territorial administrative units, the municipality and its authorities. The end of the first part is devoted to the budget, its structure, functions and the process of its design and approval. In the practical part of the thesis there is introduced the town Horni Slavkov, its authorities and the structure of the municipal authority. In the separate chapters there is elaborated the financial management of the town in particular years with detailed structure of incomes and expenditures, the comparison of particular years and the rating of financial management for the whole time period.en
