dc.description.abstractVe své diplomové práci s názvem Múzy autorů beat generation se zabývám předními postavami literárního hnutí beat generation - Jackem Kerouacem, Nealem Cassadym a Williamem Burroughsem. Pokusila jsem se o jiný náhled, než jaký nám bývá běžně předkládán. Autory představuji z pohledu žen, se kterými žili - Edith Parkerová, Carolyn Cassadyová a Joan Vollmerová. Liší se názor literárních historiků od názoru těchto žen? Viděly beatnické autory jinak, než viděli oni sami sebe?cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis named Muses of the beat generation authors is focused on prominent figures of the literary movement beat generation Jack Kerouac, Neal Cassady and William Burroughs. The goal of this thesis is to provide a different optics than it is generally expected. Authors are introduced from the perspective of women with whom they lived - Edith Parker, Carolyn Cassady and Joan Vollmer. Are the opinions of literary historians different from the opinions of these women? Did they perceive them differently than the beat authors perceived themselves?en
