dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce jsou přínosy a nevýhody práce na home office pro konkrétní podnik. V teoretické části je definována terminologie a přes legislativní ukotvení v České republice je shrnut vývoj práce na home office. Dále jsou specifikovány výhody a nevýhody uvedeného druhu práce, to vše formou literární rešerše. V praktické části jsou pojmenované přínosy a nevýhody analyzovány v konkrétní firmě pomocí rozhovorů a doplňujícího dotazníku. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou formulována doporučení pro konkrétní firmu Mertl, s. r. o., což je hlavním výstupem bakalářské práce. Tento výstup dosud nebyl uplatněn a čeká tudíž na jeho realizaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the bachelor's thesis are the benefits and disadvantages of home office for a specific business. In the theoretical part, there is defined the terminology and also summarized the development of home office work through the legislative valid in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages of this type of work are specified, all in the form of a literature search. In the practical part, the named advantages and disadvantages are analysed in a specific company using interviews and a supplementary questionnaire. Based on the information found, there are formulated recommendations for the specific company Mertl, Ltd. which is the main output of the bachelor thesis. This output has not been implemented yet and is therefore awaiting an implementation.en
