| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této diplomové práce je vymezení pojmu závazku, stručná charakteristika jeho prvků a druhů, změn a zajištění, podrobné zaměření na způsoby jeho zániku, specifikace jednotlivých způsobů zániku závazků z pohledu aktuální právní úpravy. Dále zamyšlení nad některými nejasnými otázkami úpravy zániku závazků v občanském zákoníku v kontextu s komentářovou literaturou, judikaturou a předcházející právní úpravou v občanském zákoníku z roku 1964 a obchodním zákoníku z roku 1991. | cs |
