| dc.description.abstract | Jako svou diplomovou práci jsem si zvolila grafické zpracování knihy básní J. H. Krchovského. K designu jsem se rozhodla přistoupit netradičně, moderně a spíše experimentálně. Vybraných 57 básní jsem umístila na úzký formát knihy 120 mm × 295 mm. Font Kabel Itc jsem zvolila pro jeho zdánlivou jednoduchost a krásné detaily v kresbě. Verše jsem doplnila jednoduchými typografickými a geometrickými ilustracemi. Důležitý byl výběr tmavě zeleného papíru, který má odrážet dekadentnost a výstřednost Krchovského poesie. Vazba knihy má otevřený hřbet a je doplněna o pouzdro s černou potištěnou stuhou. S výslednou formou knihy jsem spokojená. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | For my master thesis I chose the graphic design of a book of poems by J. H. Krchovský. I decided to approach the design in an unconventional, modern and rather experimental way. I placed the selected 57 poems on a narrow book format of 120 mm × 295 mm. I chose the Kabel Itc font for its apparent simplicity and beautiful details in the drawing. I complemented the poems with simple typographic and geometric illustrations. The choice of dark green paper was important to reflect the decadence and eccentricity of Krchovsky's poetry. The binding of the book has an open spine and is complemented by a slipcase with a black printed ribbon. I am pleased with the final form of the book. | en |
