dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením indikátorů výkonnosti pro strategický controlling ve společnosti Kermi, s.r.o. Společnost patří mezi jednoho z předních výrobců topných těles a sanitárních zařízení. V první kapitole je charakterizována společnost a analyzována výkonnost za období 2008-2012. Na základě vize společnosti jsou stanoveny strategické cíle a analýza prostředí. V následující části je vytvořen finanční plán na stanovené strategické období 2013-2016. Dále je v práci popsána úloha strategického controllingu a procesů. Na základě analýz je vytvořen návrh soustavy indikátorů pro potřeby strategického controllingu. V poslední části je popsána metoda Value Stream Mapping spolu s návrhem implementace a výběru indikátorů, které je možné zařadit mezi strategické ukazatele.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the determination of performance indicators for strategic controlling in the Kermi Company, Ltd. The company ranks among one of the leading producers of radiators and sanitary facilities. The opening chapter of the thesis characterizes the company and company?s performance for the period 2008-2012. Based on the mission statement of Kermi Company, the strategic objectives and the business environment are explicitly stated. Next, there is the financial plan for strategic period 2013-2016. The role of strategic controlling and processes are described in the next chapter. Based on the analysis, this part focuses on the determination of performance indicators for strategic controlling. The last part focuses on the description of a Value Stream Mapping process together with suggestions of implementation of performance indicators.	en
