| dc.description.abstract | Tématem diplomové práce jsou "Právní otázky spojené s poručenstvím a opatrovnictvím".Ve své práci se budu věnovat historickému vývoji institutů poručenství a opatrovnictví, pokusím se vysvětlit základní instituty neodmyslitelně spojené s poručenstvím a opatrovnictvím a dotknu se zákonné úpravy. Poté se budu stručněji zabývat institutem poručenství a opatrovnictví. V závěru shrnu celou problematiku a zamyslím se nad některými aspekty de lege ferenda. | cs |

The other parts of the thesis include the Czech and international legislation and detailed description of the basic data as legal eligibility and representation.
