| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením zásob ve společnosti Skyline Optic s.r.o. Rozebírá zásoby a metody jejich řízení v teoretické rovině. Objasňuje fungování metod JIT, kanban, MRP a ABC. Práce představuje podnik a hodnotí jeho ekonomické ukazatele. V neposlední řadě práce porovnává teoretické poznatky s praxí ve společnosti. Je namodelováno fungování objednacích systémů, jejichž použití připadá pro Skyline Optic v úvahu. Práce nabízí zlepšující opatření. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis deals with the management of supplies in Skyline Optic Ltd. It analyses supplies and methods of their management on theoretical level and clarifies functioning of these particular methods: JIT, kanban, MRP and ABC. The thesis introduces the company and evaluates its economic indicators. It draws a comparison between theoretical findings and actual practice in the company. The functioning of order systems, which are appropriate to use in Skyline Optic, is simulated in this thesis as well. Last but not least, the thesis provides certain improvement measures. | en |
