dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce s názvem "Založení a fungování spolku v podmínkách ČR ekonomický pohled" popisuje postavení spolku v podmínkách ČR z hlediska účetního a daňového. V roce 2014 se právní forma občanských sdružení změnila na spolky, které se považují za zvláštní formu právnické osoby. Teoretická část se věnuje teoretickým východiskům o neziskovém sektoru, neziskových organizací, jejími druhy, základními rysy, funkcemi a zdroji financování. Dále jsou nastíněny právní formy neziskových organizací v České republice, spolky v ČR a jejich založení, vznik, organizace a členství. V neposlední řadě jsou popsány účetní a daňové aspekty spolku v ČR z teoretického hlediska. Praktická část je zaměřena na účetní a daňové aspekty konkrétního spolku v ČR, a to Pionýr, z. s. Pionýrská skupina Mír Domažlice, kde jsou porovnávány příjmy (výnosy), výdaje (náklady) a daně za roky 2014-2017. V závěru práce jsou stanovena pozitiva a negativa založení a fungování spolku v ČR.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis called "Establishment and operation of an association within the Czech Republic´s conditions economic perspective" describes the position of the association in terms of financial accounting´s and taxes´ aspects in the Czech Republic. In 2014, the Civil Code introduced a novel Czech term, "spolek" (which means "association") for the legal form previously known as "občanské sdružení" (which means the "Association of Citizens") and belonging as a special form to the general category of corporations. Theoretical part dedicates theoretical resources of the non-profit sector, lists the not-for-profit organisations, their different types, characteristics, functions and founding sources. Furthers are outlined legal forms of the not-for-profit organisations in the Czech Republic, the associations in the Czech Republic their formation, establishment, operation, organisation and the membership of an association. At last but not least are described to the financial accounting´s and taxes´ aspects an association in the Czech Republic. Practical part is focused on the financial accounting´s and taxe´s aspects of particular association in Czech Republic which is "Pionýr, z. s. Pionýrská skupina Mír Domažlice", where the revenues, costs and taxes from years 2014-2017 are compared. In the end of this thesis the positives and negatives of the association establishment and operation in the Czech Republic are evaluated.en
