dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma motivace pracovníků ve společnosti ARBO, spol. s r. o. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit současný systém motivace z pohledu pracovníků společnosti a formulovat možné návrhy pro danou oblast a navrhnout možná opatření pro zlepšení této oblasti. Tato práce je dělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Kapitoly v teoretické části vymezují základní pojmy a zdroje motivace, motivační teorie, pracovní motivaci a motivační faktory. V praktické části je představena vybraná společnost a popsán její současný systém motivace na základě rozhovoru s vedoucím ekonomického úseku. Klíčovou část této práce tvoří dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem je identifikovat postoje a preferované motivační faktory zaměstnanců. Na základě těchto výsledků jsou navržena možná opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení motivačního systému společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of employee motivation in ARBO, spol. s r.o. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current motivation system from the perspective of the company's employees and to formulate possible suggestions for the given area and to propose possible measures for improvement of this area. This work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The chapters in the theoretical part define the basic concepts and sources of motivation, motivational theories, work motivation and motivational factors. The practical part introduces the selected company and describes its current motivation system based on an interview with the head of the economic department. The key part of this thesis is a questionnaire survey to identify the attitudes and preferred motivational factors of employees. Based on these results, possible measures are suggested that could contribute to the improvement of the company's motivation system.en
