| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce na téma "Analýza faktorů úspěšnosti společnosti Plzeňská teplárenská, a.s.", popisuje a hodnotí klíčové faktory, které mají vliv na úspěšnost této společnosti. Práce obsahuje mimo stručného popisu podniku a oblasti jeho působení také teoretické vymezení základních pojmů spojených s tématem a praktické analýzy, které zkoumají jednotlivé faktory úspěšnosti dané společnosti. Provedení praktických analýz umožňuje odhalit slabé stránky společnosti. Následně jsou v práci navržena opatření, která by mohla vést k eliminaci těchto slabých stránek. | cs |
