dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce pojednává o tématu svobody pohybu a pobytu v právu životního prostředí a o možných omezeních těchto zaručených svobod z důvodu ochrany životního prostředí. Diplomová práce je zaměřena výhradně na terestrické prostředí, konkrétně tedy na les, jeskyni a jednotlivé kategorie zvláště chráněných území. V práci autorka popisuje ústavní základy týkající se tématu, relevantní prameny, institut veřejného užívání, a poté jednotlivá vybraná území z hlediska jejich definice a vyhlašování. Dále autorka podrobně přibližuje podmínky chování v těchto územích a věnuje se právním nástrojům omezení pohybu a pobytu v těchto lokalitách.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis discusses the topic of freedom of movement and residence in environmental law and possible restrictions of these guaranteed freedoms due to environmental protection. The thesis is focused exclusively on the terrestrial environment, specifically on the forests, caves and individual categories of specially protected areas. In the thesis, the author describes the constitutional foundations related to the topic, relevant sources, the institute of public use, and then individual selected territories from the point of view of their definition and proclamation. Furthermore, the author describes in detail the rules of behavior in these areas and deals with the legal instruments for restricting movement and residence in these locations.en
