dc.description.abstract	Cílem mojí práce bylo vytvořit komplexní řešení pro návrh bytového domu pro seniory v souladu s přírodou a okolné zelení. Jako odklad pro mou práci sloužilo zadání veřejné architektonické soutěže na výstavbu bytového domu ve Valašském Meziříčí. Během navrhování jsem se snažila všechny požadavky reflektovat a maximálně se držet všech zadaných parametrů. Celkový návrh jsem se snažila brát hlavně jako funkční koncept bytovéh domu, který bude vhodný pro život seniorů, bude jim prospěšný a budou se zde cítit komfortně. Dům je navržený co nejudržitelnější cestou s důezem na hospodaření a zpracování dešťových a šedých vod.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my work was to create a comprehensive design solution for a residential building for seniors, in harmony with nature and the surrounding greenery. The basis for my project was the brief of a public architectural competition for the construction of a residential building in Valašské Meziříčí. During the design process, I aimed to reflect all the requirements and adhere as closely as possible to the given parameters. My overall approach was to treat the design primarily as a functional concept for a senior housing facility that would be suitable for their lifestyle, beneficial to them, and where they would feel comfortable. The building is designed as sustainably as possible, with an emphasis on the management and treatment of rainwater and greywater.	en
