| dc.description.abstract | Předložená bakalářské práce se věnuje tématu Motivování zaměstnanců v organizaci, jelikož motivace zaměstnanců je jedním z důležitých zdrojů rozvoje a prosperity firmy. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit současný stav motivace ve společnosti zabývající se výrobou tepla a elektrické energie. Na základě dotazníkového šetření autorka vyhodnotila silné a slabé stránky motivačního systému a navrhla možná řešení, která by mohla zlepšit motivaci zaměstnanců. V závěrečné části byl vytvořen návrh nového motivačního systém. | cs |

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to determine the current state of motivation in a company which deals with the production of heat and electricity. Based on a survey, the author evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of the incentive system and suggested possible solutions which could improve the motivation of employees.
