dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce na téma: Druhy žaloby v civilním procesu, je založena především na odborné literatuře, judikatuře a je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat institut soudního řízení, poté analyzovat jednotlivé typy žalob, které slouží k ochraně práv v občanskoprávních řízeních. V závěru práce jsou popsány žaloby ve Velké Británii, úvod popisuje žaloby obecně a některé její náležitosti. Druhá část práce se obecně a konkrétně zabývá druhy sporů, které jsou z důvodu nedostatečné legislativy konfrontovány s judikaturou soudů. Některé body jsou zaměřeny na konkrétní druhy. Poslední část se věnuje soudním sporům ve Velké Británii, soudnímu systému v Anglii a občanskoprávním sporům v Anglii a Walesu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedhis diploma thesis on "Type of Actions in Civil Process" is based mainly on professional literature and case law and is divided into two chapters. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the institute of the lawsuit, then to analyze the various types of lawsuits that serve to protect rights in civil proceedings and, at the end of the work, lawsuits in Great Britain are described, the introduction describes the action in general and some of its essentials. The second part of the thesis deals generally and concretely with the types of lawsuits that are confronted with the case-law of the courts due to insufficient legislation. Some points are focused on specific species. The last part deals with the lawsuit in the UK, the judicial system in England, and the civil action in England and Wales.en
