Ostatní kapitoly se týkají historického vývoje vlastnictví bytů, spoluvlastnictví obecně a komparace spoluvlastnictví bytů podle nového občanského zákoníku se zákonem o vlastnictví bytů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of the dissertation is the legal regulation of the residential co-ownership with the reference to the new civil code. The main part of the dissertation is focused on the legal regulation of the individual provisions. The following chapters are dedicated to the historical development of the residential ownership, co-ownership in general and the comparison between the residential co-ownership according to the new civil code and the code of the residential ownership.en
