dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá ukládáním alternativních trestů. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo seznámit a zanalyzovat alternativní tresty, jejich četnost ukládání a výhody spojeny s tímto postupem. Práce je členěná do 9 kapitol. kdy první kapitoly jsou věnovány historickému vývoji alternativních trestů, na toto navazuje kapitola, která se zabývá obecně alternativními tresty. Třetí kapitola popisuje výhody a nevýhody tohoto institutu. Další kapitola se zabývá systematizací alternativních opatření. V následujících kapitolách se již diplomová práce zabývá hlavním tématem, a to tedy odklony a samotnými alternativními tresty. Předposlední kapitola porovnává vybrané tresty s jejich právní úpravou v jiných státech. Poslední kapitola se zabývá statistikou odklonů a alternativních trestů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the imposition of alternative sentences. The main goal of the thesis was to familiarize and analyze alternative sentences, their frequency of imposition, and the benefits associated with this approach. The thesis is divided into 9 chapters, with the first chapters dedicated to the historical development of alternative sentences. This is followed by a chapter that generally discusses alternative sentences. The third chapter describes the advantages and disadvantages of this institution. The next chapter addresses the systematization of alternative measures. In the following chapters, the thesis delves into the main topic, namely diversions and the alternative sentences themselves. The penultimate chapter compares selected sentences with their legal regulation in other countries. The final chapter deals with statistics on diversions and alternative sentences.en
