dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with appeal, which is one of the proper remedy appeal. This thesis deals also with specific principles of which are typical of the remedial proceedings in minor offence proceedings. The major aim of the thesis is to create an analysis of the specific principles applied in minor offence proceedings, for example legal institute reform in peius, or beneficio cohaesionis. This thesis deals also with the scope of the review of the legal decision in the minor offence proceedings, in particular by applying the principle of review.en
