dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku ochrany soukromí zaměstnanců na pracovišti. Toto téma je velmi široké a jeho úprava je obsažena v mnoha právních předpisech. Práce vychází především ze zákoníku práce a zákona o ochraně osobních údajů. V úvodu práce je stručně vymezen pojem soukromí a jeho historický vývoj. Jádrem práce je pak pojednání o soukromí v pracovněprávních vztazích, ochraně osobních údajů a jednotlivých formách monitoringu zaměstnanců, především sledování prostřednictvím kamerových systémů, kontrola korespondence či využívání internetu na pracovišti. V další kapitole jsou zmiňovány prostředky právní ochrany soukromí zaměstnanců. Dále je pojednáno o soudní judikatuře vztahující se k této problematice a na závěr je uvedena stručná komparace se zahraniční právní úpravou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is focused on the issues of protection of employees privacy on the workplace. This subject is very extensive and its legislation is regulated by many laws. This thesis is mainly patterned on the Labour Code and the Personal data protection act. In the introduction is defined the term privacy a its historial progress. The crux of the matter is the privacy in labour-law relations, the protection of the personal files and various forms of the monitoring of employees, mainly monitoring by camera systems, monitoring of correspondence or using the internet on the workplace. The next chapter contains the possibilities of the law protection of employees privacy. After that follows the practice of the courts related to this subject. Finally there is mentioned comparison with the foreign legislation.en
