dc.description.abstractPráce se věnuje problému obchodování s ohroženými druhy, jeho vlivu na úbytek biodiverzity a správnímu dozoru v této oblasti. V první části je čtenář nejprve seznámen s právní úpravou obchodování s ohroženými druhy na mezinárodní, evropské a národní úrovni. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na pojem správního dozoru a jeho provádění v oblasti CITES. V práci je popsáno, jak správní dozor probíhá, které orgány jej vykonávají a jaké následky mohou nastat, když správní orgán zjistí porušení právních předpisů. Poslední část je věnována trestněprávní odpovědnosti při spáchání trestného činu v oblasti obchodování s ohroženými druhy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the problem of trade in endangered species, its effect on the loss of biodiversity and administrative supervision in this area. In the first part, the reader is firstly introduced to the legal regulation of trade in endangered species at the international, European and national level. The second part of the thesis is focused on the concept of administrative supervision and its implementation in the field of CITES. The thesis describes how administrative supervision takes place, which authorities carry it out and what consequences may occur when an administrative authority discovers a violation of legal regulations. The last part is devoted to criminal liability in the case of commission of a crime in the area of trade in endangered species.en
