dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce má teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody a přístupy ke komunikaci s dětmi. První je metoda FLIP IT, která ve čtyřech krocích pracuje s emocemi, zdůrazňuje potřebu hranic a nabádá děti k samostatnému řešení problémů. Druhým přístupem je Komunikace v souladu s fungováním mozku, kde je popsáno, jak funguje mozek, pokud se cítí ohrožen a zaplaví ho emoce a jak se podle toho chovat a komunikovat. Třetí je popsán přístup Respektovat a být respektován, který opět velmi podrobně pracuje s emocemi a respektujícím vztahem dospělého a dítěte. To co mají tyto přístupy společné jako na závěr popsané jako Pozitivní komunikace. V praktické části jsou zpracovány odpovědi z dotazníku, který zjišťoval jaké věty a jejich formulace učitelé nejčastěji používají, zda jim dělá problém formulovat je pozitivně.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis has a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on methods and approaches related to the communication with children. Firstly, there is discussed 'Flip it' method, which works with emotions, emphasises the need of boundaries and encourages children to solve problems independently based on four steps. The second approach is so-called 'Brain-Related Communication', which describes how the brain works if the child feels threatened while he or she is full of emotions. Furthermore, it discusses how to behave and accordingly communicate. Third examined approach is so called 'Respect and be respected'. This approach focuses also on emotions and a respected relationship between an adult and a child. In summary, all of the approaches mentioned above have in common positive communication. In relation to the practical part, the used method is the questionnaire and the acquired data has showed what sentence and its formulation is most often used by teachers, whether it is difficult to formulate them positively.en
