dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce podrobně rozebírá institut použití agenta jako jednoho z operativně pátracích prostředků, které český právní řád v trestním řízení připouští. Smyslem diplomové práce je seznámit čtenáře se základními aspekty problematiky použití agenta. Obsah práce je rozčleněn do čtyř hlavních kapitol, přičemž úvodem dochází k rozboru právní úpravy operativně pátracích prostředků obecně. Obsah druhé kapitoly je věnován právnímu postavení agenta, včetně podmínek, za kterých může být v trestním řízení nasazen. Dále se kapitola zabývá otázkou beztrestnosti agenta, jeho činností a kontrolou. Navazující kapitola se zabývá kontroverzním tématem policejní provokace a jejím řešením z pohledu judikatury. V poslední kapitole je charakterizována mezinárodní spolupráce ve spojitosti s přeshraničním použití agenta.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis analyzes the institution of using an agent as one of the operational investigative means allowed by Czech law in criminal proceedings. The aim of the thesis is to familiarize the reader with the basic aspects of the issue of agent usage. The content of the thesis is divided into four main chapters, with the introduction providing an analysis of the legal regulation of operational investigative means in general. The second chapter is dedicated to the legal status of the agent, including the conditions under which they can be deployed in criminal proceedings. The chapter also addresses the issue od the agent's immunity, their activities, and oversight. The subsequent chapter deals with the controversial topic of police provocation and its resolution from the perspective of case law. The final chapter characterizes international cooperation in connection with cross-border use of agents.	en
