dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je analýza konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Raiffeisen stavební spořitelna a.s. V teoretické části práce je definována konkurence, konkurenceschopnost, podnik a jeho okolí. Dále jsou v teoretické části práce popsány jednotlivé analýzy, které slouží ke zhodnocení makrookolí, mikrookolí a vnitřního prostředí spořitelny. Praktická část práce začíná představením spořitelny a uvedením základních informací o ní. Následně jsou zpracovány jednotlivé analýzy hodnotící konkurenceschopnost spořitelny a na základě samotných výsledků je zpracována matice SWOT. Tato matice slouží ke zjištění silných a slabých stránek spořitelny a identifikaci možných příležitostí a hrozeb. Z výsledné SWOT matice jsou vybrány doporučené strategie, díky kterým by se mohla stavební spořitelna stát více konkurenceschopnou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the competitiveness of Raiffeisen stavební spořitelna a.s. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical definitions of competition, competitiveness, the company and its environment. Furthermore, the theoretical part of the thesis describes the individual analyses used to evaluate the macroenvironment, microenvironment and internal environment of the savings bank. The practical part of the thesis starts by introducing the particular savings bank and giving basic information about the savings bank. Subsequently, the individual analyses evaluating the competitiveness of the savings bank are prepared and based on the results themselves, a SWOT matrix is prepared. This matrix is used to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the savings bank and to identify possible opportunities and threats. From the results of the SWOT matrix, recommended strategies are selected that could make the building society more competitive.en
