| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce "Analýza motivace ke studiu na FPE" se zabývá problematikou motivace studentů pedagogické fakulty Západočeské univerzity v Plzni. V úvodní teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy spojené s problematikou motivace studentů včetně nejznámějších teorií motivace a jejich představitelů. Dále se práce stručně zaměří na motivační proces, podrobněji pak bude rozebrána motivace studentů při výuce. Praktickou část budou tvořit výsledky dotazníkového šetření a jejich interpretace a případné implikace do budoucnosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Diploma thesis "Analysis of Motivation for Studying at FPE" deals with the topic of motivation of the students of Pedagogical faculty of the University of West Bohemia. In the introductive theoretical part, there are described the basic terms connected to the problems of motivation of students including the most well-known theories of motivation as well as their authors. The thesis then briefly touches on the motivational process itself. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the students' motivation during their studies. The practical part contains the results and their interpretation with possible implications for the future. | en |
