| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem rozvod manželství. V úvodní části je čtenáři nastíněn vývoj právní úpravy rozvodu manželství na našem území, zakončen krátkou komparací s právní úpravou rozvodu v Anglii. Následuje část věnující se právní úpravě jednotlivých způsobů rozvodu manželství. V další části je rozebrán vliv celosvětově krize pandemie onemocnění Covid-19 na rozvody manželství a rozvodovost. Tato část je zakončena možností mimosoudního řešení rozvodových sporů, a to mediací a metodou collaborative law. V závěrečné části se autorka zabývá úvahami nad budoucí právní úpravou rozvodu. | cs |

In the beginning, the reader is presented with the development of the legal regulation of divorce in our country, ending with a short comparison with the legal regulation of divorce in England. This is followed by a section dealing with the legal regulation of the various methods of divorce. The next section discusses the impact of the worldwide crisis of the Covid-19 disease pandemic on the divorce and divorce rates. This section concludes with the possibility of alternative dispute resolution of divorce, namely mediation and the collaborative law method. In the final part, the author reflects on the future legal regulation of divorce. | en |
