| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí společnosti seele pilsen s. r. o., zhodnocení její ekonomické situace ve vybraných letech a zpracování ekonomického výhledu pro nadcházející hospodářský rok. Teoretická část je věnována definování pojmů a představení vybraných metod, kterými lze posoudit vnitřní a vnější prostředí podniku. V praktické části je spolu se sledovanou společností charakterizována také skupina seele product holding GmbH & Co. KG. Vnitřní prostředí podniku je analyzováno pomocí finanční analýzy. Vybranými poměrovými ukazateli je sledována ekonomická situace společnosti za posledních pět let. Účetní období 2013 - 2014 je mimo jiné posouzeno z pohledu tvorby hodnoty pro vlastníky a to moderním ekonomickým ukazatelem EVA. Vnější prostředí podniku je zkoumáno Porterovým modelem pěti sil a PEST analýzou. Na základě provedených analýz je sestavena matice SWOT. V předposlední kapitole je zhodnocena ekonomická situace společnosti za hospodářské roky 2010 - 2011, 2012 - 2013 a 2013 - 2014. Výsledné hodnoty za poslední zmíněné účetní období jsou porovnány s odvětvovým průměrem. V závěru praktické části je proveden ekonomický výhled podniku na hospodářský rok 2014 - 2015. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The work is focused on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company seele pilsen s. r. o., evaluation of the economic situation in selected years and processing of the economic perspective for the coming year. The theoretical part is devoted to defining concepts and introducing of chosen methods, which can be observed the internal and external business environment. In the practical part is together with the company also characterized group seele product holding GmbH & Co. KG. The internal environment of the firm is analyzed by using financial analysis. The economic situation of the company is monitored by selected financial indicators for the past five years. Accounting period 2013 - 2014 is assessed from the view of the value creation for the owners by using the modern economic indicator EVA. The external environment of the firm is analyzed through the Porter five forces analysis and PEST analysis. The SWOT matrix is compiled on the basis of the analysis. In the penultimate chapter is evaluated the economic situation of the company for the years 2010 - 2011, 2012 - 2013 and 2013 - 2014. The results for the last mentioned accounting period are compared with the average of the industry. Economic plan of the firm for the year 2014 - 2015 is carried out at the conclusion of the practical part. | en |
