Jak vzít studenty do terénu – i když nemohou?

Abstract

Virtuální terénní exkurze (VFT) představují inovativní nástroj ve vzdělávání, který umožňuje studentům získat autentické terénní zkušenosti bez nutnosti fyzické přítomnosti v terénu. Článek popisuje metodiku tvorby VFT, která zahrnuje pět fází: i) stanovení obsahu a cílů VFT, ii) výběr lokalit, iii) pořízení fotografického a dalšího audiovizuálního materiálu, iv) tvorbu učebních úloh a finalizaci VFT v online prostředí, v) návrh využití VFT ve výuce. Výhodou VFT je nejen možnost zprostředkování vzdálených či nepřístupných lokalit, ale také jejich využití v různých vzdělávacích metodách a inkluzivním vzdělávání.

Virtual Field Trips (VFT) are an innovative educational tool that allows students to gain authentic field experiences without being in the field. This paper describes the methodology of VFT creation, which includes five phases: i) determining the content and objectives of the VFT, ii) selecting the sites, iii) acquiring photographic and other audio-visual material, iv) creating learning tasks and finalizing the VFT in the online environment, and v) designing the lesson using the VFT. The advantage of VFTs is the possibility of mediating remote or inaccessible sites and their use in different educational methods and inclusive education.
