dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce bylo založit podnik dle vypracovaného podnikatelského plánu. V první části bakalářské práce jsou stručně uvedeny základní pojmy, které souvisejí s podnikáním, je zde přehled právních forem podnikání v ČR, historie a význam MSP. Je zde definováno poslání založeného podniku, jeho název a vybraná právní forma podniku. Součástí práce je i analýza podnikatelského prostředí. V druhé části je vypracován podnikatelský plán, který je rozdělen do jednotlivých teoretických bodů a následně aplikován na nově vznikající subjekt. Najdeme zde analýzu okolí, konkurence a zákazníků. Nechybí také vypracované marketingové, finanční a projektové plány. Na závěr je provedena analýza rizik a jejich zhodnocení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe goal of this bachelor thesis is to establish a business according to prepared business plan. In the first part of this bachelor thesis are briefly presented the basic terms, which are related with a business. There is an overview of the legal forms of business in Czech Republic, a history and importance of MSP. There is defined mission statement of business, selected its name and legal form of company. The thesis also includes analysis of the business environment. In the second part is prepared business plan, which is divided into different theoretical points and then applied to the newly formed entity. We can find there an analysis of an area, competitors and customers. Marketing, financial and project plans are also there. At the end of my thesis I presented the analysis of risks and their evaluation.en
