dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce zpracovává téma Analýza rizik podnikatelského projektu. Jejím obsahem je rozbor vlivu rizikových faktorů na realizaci konkrétního projektu. Projektem, který byl pro zpracování kvalifikační práce vybrán, je dočasné přidělení agenturních zaměstnanců k výkonu práce. Tento projekt je realizován společností LEPŠÍ PRÁCE s.r.o., což je Česká personální společnost patřící mezi členy asociace poskytovatelů personálních služeb. Náplní práce je analýza podnikatelského prostředí a analýza rizik vybraného projektu. Dle výsledků dále také navržení způsobu ošetření rizik a doporučení firmě, jak by s riziky mohla v budoucnu pracovat.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master's thesis deals with the topic of Business Project Risk Analysis. Its content is an analysis of the influence of risk factors on the implementation of a specific project. The project that was selected for the qualification work is the temporary assignment of agency employees to perform work. This project is implemented by the company LEPŠÍ PRÁCE s.r.o., which is a Czech personnel company belonging to the members of the Association of Personnel Service Providers. The content of the work is the analysis of the business environment and the analysis of the risks of the selected project. According to the results, also proposing a method of treating risks and recommending to the company how it could manage with risks in the future.en
