dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se v první části zabývá analýzou odborné literatury. Ta pomáhá k vytvoření struktury praktické práce. V teorii jsou vysvětleny obecné pojmy jako cestovní ruch, a konkrétnější jako je sezonnosti a její důsledky. Charakteristika hotelu je sepsaná na základě autorčiny znalosti hotelu, dále pak z interních materiálů a webových stránek. Při této analýzy je zjištěn problém se sezonností, zejména v obsazenosti a tržbách. Hotel se snaží tyto důsledky řešit, avšak až na výjimky ne příliš úspěšně. Autorka na základě analýzy rezervačního portálu a dotazníku sestavila vlastní návrhy řešení, které by měly být v souladu s typem podniku, prostředí a aktuálních trendů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented dissertation deals with the analysis of a specialized literature in the first part. This helps to create a structure of practical part and praxis. Theory explains general terms such as tourism, and more specific as seasonality and its consequences. The written characteristics of the hotel are based on the author's knowledge of the hotel, as well as internal materials and websites. This analysis identifies a problem with seasonality, especially occupancy and revenue. The hotel tries to focus on the problem with seasonality and undertakes some steps but with few exceptions those actions are not very successful. On the basis of the analysis of the booking portal and the questionnaire, the author suggested her own proposals for solutions that should be in compliance with the type of business, environment and current trends.en
