dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá otázkou psychohygieny ve vyučovacím procesu. Hlavním zaměřením práce je spokojenost učitelů v zaměstnání ve spojitosti s psychohygienickými aspekty. Cílem bylo zmapovat situaci psychohygieny na osmi základních školách v Plzeňském kraji a zjistit, jaké nedostatky se zde vyskytují. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se soustřeďuje na vymezení pojmu psychohygiena, nejprve obecně a poté ve spojitosti s vyučovacím procesem a osobností učitele, a dále na aspekty, které jsou s tímto tématem spojeny. Úkolem praktické části je ověřit pravdivost teoretické části a prostřednictvím metody dotazníku a rozhovoru zjistit úroveň spokojenosti, či naopak zátěže učitelů základních škol.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with mental hygiene in the process of education. Its main focus is on how satisfied teachers are with their profession in the connection with mental hygiene. The main aim is to show the situation of mental hygiene at eight elementary schools in Pilsen region and to find out whether they have some problems with some of its aspects. The thesis is divided into the two parts: the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part concerns with definitions of terms such as mental hygiene, firstly in general, secondly in connection with process of education and with the role of teacher, and then with other aspects connected with this topic. The main task of the practical part of the thesis is to verify whether the facts in the theoretical part are true and to find out the level of satisfaction or in the contrary mental strain of teachers at elementary schools through the methods of questionnaire and dialogue.en
