dc.description.abstractTématem práce je úřední deska a problematika publikace. V obecné části práce popisuje začátky úřední desky a poskytuje základní ústavní a právní rámec. Velká část práce se skládá z praktického porovnání vzhledu úředních desek v různých městech. Vybrala jsem krajské město Karlovy Vary a malou obec Krásný Les. Úřední desky byly srovnány na základní úrovni (lokalita, technické vybavení, obsah úředních desek) a také na úrovni pro nevidomé (přístupnost).cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of my work is an official board and publication issue. In its general part, the work discusses the beginnings of the official board and it provides basic constitutional and legal framework. A big part of the work consists of practical comparison of the look of the official boards in different cities. I have chosen the regional city of Karlovy Vary and a small village of Krásný Les. The official boards were compared on the basic level (location, technical equipment, the contents of the official board) and also on the level of blind person's issue (how the accessibility of handicapped citizens is addressed).en
