| dc.description.abstract | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti podniku Hrbáček, s. r. o. na trhu mezinárodní silniční dopravy. Pro posouzení současné míry konkurenceschopnosti společnosti byly vypracovány analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. Vnější okolí podniku je analyzováno prostřednictvím PEST analýzy a Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil. Analýza vnitřního prostředí se zaměřuje na faktory technického rozvoje, výrobní faktory, marketingové a distribuční faktory a zdroje společnosti. Současná ekonomická situace podniku je hodnocena prostřednictvím poměrových ukazatelů finanční analýzy, konkrétně ukazateli likvidity, rentability, aktivity a zadluženosti. Zjištěné poznatky vycházející z příslušných analýz jsou zaznamenány do SWOT analýzy, která informuje o silných a slabých stránkách společnosti a potencionálních příležitostí a hrozbách. V závěru práce jsou navržena opatření ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the competitiveness of Hrbáček, Ltd. in the international road transport market. In order to assess the current level of company competitiveness, the analysis of the external and internal environment were developed. The external environment of the company is analyzed through PEST analysis and Porter's five-forces model. Analysis of the internal environment focuses on factors of technical development, factors of production, marketing and distribution factors and company resources. The current economic situation of the enterprise is assessed through financial ratios, namely liquidity, profitability, activity and indebtedness indicators. The findings obtained from the relevant analyzes are recorded in the SWOT analysis, which reports on the company's strengths and weaknesses and potential opportunities and threats. At the end of the thesis, measures are proposed to increase the competitiveness of the company. | en |
