| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma projekt a jeho controlling. Na začátku jsou představeny zúčastněné firmy projektu. Dále jsou vysvětleny pojmy projektového řízení a vymezen konkrétní projekt pomocí jeho cílů. V praktické části jsou pomocí hierarchického rozpadu činností popsány všechny části projektu, od zahájení až po jeho ukončení. Je provedena analýza a identifikace rizik. V druhé části je vysvětlen pojem controlling a jeho úloha ve společnosti. Jsou popsány zjištěné controllingové procesy v projektu. Na konci práce je konečné zhodnocení a případná doporučení pro podnik. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is elaborated on the topic of the project and its controlling. In the beginning of the work, there are introduced companies of the project. The concept of project management is explained and a specific project is defined using its objectives. In the practical part, there are described using a hierarchical breakdown of activities all parts of the project, from the beginning to its end. There is also performed risk analysis and identification. The second part explains the concept of controlling and its role in society. The identified controlling processes in the project are described. At the end of the work there is the final evaluation and possible recommendations for the company. | en |
