dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na hospodaření obcí jako územně samosprávných celků, jež v současné době nabývá v České republice na významu díky chystaným změnám ve financování obcí. Celá práce je rozčleněna do devíti kapitol. Nejprve se zabývá fungováním obcí v rámci veřejného sektoru, charakterizuje obec, její působnost a činnosti. Druhá část pojednává o majetku obce, jeho významu pro územní samosprávy, druzích majetku a hospodaření s ním. V další kapitole práce řeší problematiku obecního rozpočtu, jeho příjmů a výdajů. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu aktiv a pasiv města Stříbra, analýzu příjmů a výdajů a v neposlední řadě analýzu zadluženosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit hospodaření města Stříbra na základě provedené analýzy, identifikovat pozitivní a negativní kroky města v této oblasti a navrhnout opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení situace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor Thesis is focused on economy of towns as territorially self-governing units which nowadays gains in importance in the Czech Republic due to planned changes in funding of towns. The whole work is divided into nine chapters. At first, the Thesis is dedicated to running towns in the sphere of the public sector. This part generally describes a town, its authority and activity. The second part is dealing with property of a town, its great importance for territorially self-governing units, kinds of property and principles how to handle it. In the next chapter are explained issues of a town´s budget, its revenues and expenses. The analytical part consists of the analysis of assets and liabilities of the town of Stříbro, the analysis of its revenues and expenses and the analysis of its indebtedness. The Thesis´s objective is to evaluate economy of the town of Stříbro on the basis of the executed analysis, to identify town´s strong and weak points in this field as well as to hand recommendations in to improve current situation.en
