dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zpracována na téma Personální politika podniku. Cílem práce byla analýza personálních činností ve skupině Czech Coal Group, zhodnocení a následné návrhy na zlepšení stávající situace se zaměřením na zavedení formálního hodnocení zaměstnanců a poskytování benefitů. První část práce je zpracována na základě materiálů získaných z literatury a internetových zdrojů. Vymezuje pojmy jako řízení lidských zdrojů, personální řízení, popisuje jednotlivé personální činnosti a sleduje zásady pro jejich vytváření a správné fungování. Praktická část byla zpracována na základě poskytnutých interních materiálů a konzultací zástupcem Odboru personálních služeb a rozvoje společnosti Czech Coal a.s., která obsahuje charakteristiku, vlastnickou strukturu, strukturu zaměstnanců skupiny Czech Coal Group a analýzu personálních činností klíčových společností Coal Services a.s., Litvínovská uhelná a.s. a Vršanská uhelná a.s. Poznatky, které byly zjištěny během zpracovávání této práce, byly použity na návrh konkrétních doporučení ke zlepšení stavu personální politiky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe following diploma´s thesis deals with the topic ´Personnel policy of the Company´. The aim of this work has been to provide the HR activities analysis of Czech Coal Group, its assessment and subsequent suggestions for improving the current situation with regard to implementation of formal personnel evaluation and providing benefits. The first part has been executed on the basis of materials taken from the literature and the Internet sources. It defines some technical terms such as human resource management and personnel management. It also describes particular Hr activities and ways of its creation and right operation. The practical part has been based on the internal materials and consultations with the deputy of the personnel department, which include characteristics, the ownership structure, structure of employees of Czech Coal Group, and the HR activities analysis of major companies Coal Services a.s., Litvínovská uhelná a.s. a Vršanská uhelná a.s. The findings ascertained during the work on the thesis have been used for suggestions of specific recommendations in order to improve the situation of the personnel policy.en
