Abstract
Cílem příspěvku je zhodnotit možnosti, které ponechává rozhodovací praxe Nejvyššího i Ústavního soudu soudům posuzujícím soulad uplatněných nároků s dobrými mravy, včetně limitů aplikace tohoto korektivu v praxi.
The aim of the paper is to evaluate the possibilities left by the decision-making practice of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court to courts assessing the conformity of the asserted claims with good morals, including the limits of the application of this corrective in practice.
